Attention adventuresome aficionados of plate and palette! Sugar Maple Jerseys is excited to announce our next Farm-to-Fork dinner will be held on February 1st!
This is our third event, and since good things come in threes, we thought we’d pull out all the stops to bring you a truly unforgettable culinary experience — because it’s a secret!
Join us in collaboration with Matt’s Red Rooster in Flemington for an exclusive surprise five-course chef tasting menu, featuring our very own farm-raised veal, pork, chicken, and dairy products, as well as fresh seasonal produce from local farms — braised, glazed, and masterfully prepared by chef and proprietor Matt McPherson.
What to bring? Your appetite, a sense of adventure, and your favorite BYOB beverage (bottle service available as well).
Seating begins at 5:30pm, with dinner being served promptly at 6pm (Matt’s Red Rooster is located at 22 Bloomfield Avenue, Flemington). Our last two dinners sold out, so be sure to purchase your tickets early!
