One day a year, we open the gates.
Sunday, November 8 in Stockton, NJ. One hour on a working 180-acre dairy farm, face to face with the Jersey cows behind the milk.
$15 adults. $8 kids 10 and under. Under 2 ride free. Parking is free.
Four ride times only: 10:00, 11:30, 1:00 and 2:30. Each wagon holds a limited number of seats, and once a time fills, it is gone.
This is not a corn maze with a tractor out back. Sugar Maple Jerseys is a real family dairy farm, and this is the one day each year we open it to the public. You climb onto the wagon, ride out through the pastures, and stand in the field with the herd. Our family rides along to answer whatever you want to ask about cows, milk, and what it actually takes to run a small dairy.

There is one stop on the route we are not telling you about! We added something to this year’s ride that we are keeping under wraps. All we will say is that it is a first look at what is coming to Sugar Maple Jerseys in 2027, and November 8 is the only way to see it before then.

Heidi, farmer and author, will be at The Farmers Table signing copies, meeting families, and talking all things cows. Books are available at the event, and a signed one makes an easy holiday gift.
Bringing the whole family?
Here is how to book everyone onto the same wagon:
- Choose your ride time.
- Leave Ticket Type on Adult and add your adult tickets.
- Switch Ticket Type to Children 10 & Under and add those tickets.
- Use the same ride time for everyone so you ride together.
Children 2 and under do not need a ticket.
